Summary:
The Village of Blaine is a creative combination of larger retailers and traditional Main Street shops with offices above. Completed in 2002, the project is an illustration of how to design a charming shopping center within a reasonable budget. The result is an environment which has drawn significant attention and acclaim from surrounding communities while becoming the focal point of its retail trade area. Village of Blaine received the Best in Real Estate Award from City Business in 2001. Major tenants include Wal-mart, Home Depot, Cub Foods and Michaels.
